ORDER SHIPMENT
We process and send orders during the main service hours (Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am EST, and Saturday from 3:00 pm to 12:00 noon EST). We will be ready for shipment within three working days after receiving your order. For customized products, we will be ready for shipment within five working days after receiving payment.PACKAGING

Shipments to the United States are managed by our associated Express DHL and FedEx. All goods sent by Timanz are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of the goods and written confirmation of receipt, the insurance coverage will be terminated.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
In the United States, orders over $95 can be delivered free of charge.

TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
